Brigita Biondić Sehgal

I am Brigita Biondić Sehgal, founder of EduThinkering. I work with educators, institutions, brands, public-sector stakeholders and business leaders who are navigating the uncertainty of artificial intelligence, immersive media and next-generation learning.

My work focuses on helping people move from confusion to clarity, and from curiosity to capability. Through EduThinkering, I support organisations in AI literacy, digital humanism, women in emerging technologies, real-time learning environments, curriculum innovation and responsible technology adoption.

I lead discovery conversations, client consultation, executive education and strategic programme design. Where advanced technical delivery is required, I collaborate with specialist partners in Unreal Engine, virtual production, Fortnite/UEFN, digital humans and AI prototype development.

EduThinkering exists to make emerging technology understandable, ethical, inclusive and useful for the people and organisations shaping the future.

Through our work in AI literacy, digital humanism, immersive learning and digital human experiences, we support organisations in developing responsible pathways for adoption. This includes helping teams understand opportunities, identify risks, ask better questions, and design technology strategies that remain accountable to people.

A Human-Centred Approach to Future Learning

EduThinkering began with a simple belief: education should help people understand change, not feel overwhelmed by it.

I have spent my professional life working with learning, creativity, design thinking and educational transformation. Again and again, I have seen that people do not resist technology because they lack intelligence. They resist it when it feels abstract, intimidating, disconnected from their lives, or imposed without care.

That is why EduThinkering exists.

My work is about creating bridges between people and possibility. I help educators, leaders, institutions and organisations make sense of artificial intelligence, immersive learning, game-based environments and emerging technologies in ways that are practical, ethical and human.

At the heart of my approach is the belief that technology should support human confidence, not replace human capability.

Through EduThinkering, I bring together education strategy, design thinking, academic innovation, AI literacy and future-focused learning design. My role is to help clients ask better questions, identify meaningful opportunities, and design learning experiences that are inclusive, responsible and ready for the future.

This is not technology for its own sake. It is learning with purpose.

Brigita currently serves as Academic Director and Advisory Team Member at Virtual Production Dojo, where she contributes to the design and development of contemporary learning frameworks in virtual production, animation, and immersive storytelling. In this role, she helps shape educational experiences that connect pedagogy with real-world creative industry workflows, ensuring that learners are equipped not only with technical exposure but also with collaborative, strategic, and future-ready capabilities.

Her work through Virtual Production Dojo reflects a commitment to innovation in education, particularly in the ways that real-time technologies, immersive media, and emerging production practices can transform teaching and learning.

Brigita is the founder of EduThinkering, a consultancy platform focused on future-ready education, AI-enhanced learning, immersive pedagogy, design thinking, and innovation strategy. EduThinkering serves as the professional vehicle through which she offers consultancy, workshops, speaking, and advisory support to schools, tertiary institutions, creative organisations, and innovation-led programmes.

The platform reflects Brigita’s long-standing commitment to designing learning environments that are relevant, imaginative, interdisciplinary, and grounded in real-world change.

Project-Based Creative and Advisory Work, Graphic Monk Productions

In addition to her academic and consultancy work, Brigita has contributed to multi international award winning Real Time Virtual Production Film projects through Graphic Monk Productions as a Virtual Production Producer, Executive Producer, Environmental Consultant, Voice Over Artist, Cultural and Thematic Consultant for “Oyun’s Quest” and Scriptwriter for “Osiris Code.” These engagements extend her work into creative and narrative production contexts, adding further depth to her cross-disciplinary practice.

Together, these current roles position Brigita as a practitioner who moves fluidly between education, strategy, immersive media, and creative development.
