Our People
SPECIALIST TRAINERS & CONSULTANTSPeople-centred expertise for better decisions, responsible technology adoption and more effective workplace communication.
Founder-led. Specialist when needed.
Human capability comes first.
EduThinkering is a founder-led consultancy based in Trondheim. Brigita Biondić Sehgal leads client discovery, education strategy and programme design, inviting specialist trainers and consultants into engagements where their expertise is directly relevant.
Our collaborators bring practical experience from research, industry and international teams. Their role is to help organisations develop capability that can be used in everyday work, with clear attention to people, context and responsibility.
Our approach
Clarity before complexity.
Understand the challenge. Select the right expertise. Build skills that remain useful after the session.

AI literacy · Responsible implementation
Gegen Wang
AI Literacy and Responsible Implementation Specialist
Gegen Wang has trained more than 300 researchers, clinicians, administrators and students to use AI in their own work. His sessions have run at NTNU, the University of Oslo, St. Olavs Hospital, the forensic psychiatry network SIFER, NORHEART and Tekna, for groups ranging from first-time users to experienced research teams.
His approach, workflow anatomy, takes an existing workflow apart, assigns appropriate repetitive steps to AI, strengthens the steps where AI adds value and then reconnects the process with human checkpoints. Ethics, data protection and responsibility are addressed throughout, so the organisation retains both oversight and capability.
His work comparing major AI platforms on data policy and intellectual property, and analysing AI regulation in criminology and justice, informs practical training on accountability and evaluation. Participants have reported saving time on literature and drafting tasks.
At EduThinkering, Gegen delivers AI literacy and responsible implementation training for universities, companies and professional teams.
Communication · Intercultural facilitation
Milos Pesikan
Communication Training Specialist
Milos Pesikan brings over seven years of training and facilitation experience across Europe and Asia. As a soft-skills trainer at Elkem, the Norwegian industrial group, he trained staff at different levels of its silicon plant in China, delivering the company’s business system, coaching-based practices and communication skills in English. His work supported understanding between a Norwegian organisation and an international workforce.
Previously, in Montenegro, he facilitated more than 60 team-building and recruitment workshops, worked as a simultaneous interpreter between Montenegrin and English, and hosted inclusive community spaces for diverse groups. His background in art history, including heritage documentation at the Regional Institute for Conservation and Archaeology in Kotor, informs his use of storytelling in training.
Now living in Trondheim and learning Norwegian, Milos draws on first-hand experience of communication differences between Norwegian and international colleagues, including directness, silence and unspoken expectations. His more recent work includes academic presentation coaching for researchers and involvement in AI literacy.
With EduThinkering, he delivers English-language communication training that helps Norwegian corporate and public-sector teams work with international colleagues clearly, confidently and with mutual respect.

Communication across teams
Intercultural workplace communication, team facilitation, presentation coaching and collaboration across multilingual environments.
Start with the question
